Role Overview:
Administrative and logistics role supporting the U9–U12 Junior Academy. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this position oversees game scheduling, field operations, and matchday logistics to ensure a well-organized environment for players and families.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling: Help build and manage match schedules for internal BSA league play and coordinate local team scrimmages.
Field Operations: Oversee field layouts, equipment setup, and schedule transitions during training and matchdays.
Matchday Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for parent check-ins and operational inquiries.
Event Coordination: Assist with seasonal events, tournaments, and mid-season festivals.
Qualifications:
Organizational, scheduling, and communication skills; enthusiasm for youth sports development; experience in youth operations, event logistics, or coaching preferred.
